- Shipping & Delivery
At this time, Winelily.com ships merchandise to locations within the continental United States.
Wine racks have a two week turn around time from order to delivery since they are all custom made. Ravenscroft Crystal products will ship in approximately two business days from order receipt. Most products for both manufacturers will ship through Fed Ex. Occasionally, UPS may be used.
- Return Policy
You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed. Winelily.com reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
Ravenscroft Crystal (wine glasses and decanters) requires authorization for returns and all claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. All returns, except in the case of damage, are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee. The customer is also responsible for return shipping. If the product is damaged upon arrival, please take pictures of the box before it is opened and the contents after opening so that we may file a claim with the shipping company. Shipping will be reimbursed for items that are damaged upon inspection by Ravenscroft. Any returns must be done within one week and sent directly to the manufacturer. Please contact us using the contact form on the website with intended returns so that we may obtain authorization from the manufacturer. All refunds will be be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Grace Manufacturing (wine racks) will accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Authorization must be obtained. Returns due to customer remorse are subject to a 25 percent restocking fee. The customer is also responsible for return shipping. In the case of product damage, please take pictures of the unopened box and the contents after opening so that a claim can be filed with the shipper. Returns for all products must be sent directly to the manufacturer. Please contact us using the contact form on the website with intended returns so that we may obtain authorization from the manufacturer.
